Online Groups

In the spirit of giving what I have to give during Covid-19,  I’m offering 12 consecutive week 90-minute online groups.  Scholarships are available, so if you or someone you know would like to join but don't have the funds, please contact me. In these weekly groups, we take a few minutes together to get present with guided meditations.  I share tools shown through research to be helpful with managing depression, anxiety, anger and sadness, and we explore community.  This is a safe place to connect.

Groups are filled first come first served, ranging in size from 4 to 12 people.  Groups will run with 4 or more individuals prepaid. Once full, they will no longer display on the calendar.  To find an open group, click forward through the calendar.  After signing-up you will receive a confirmation email with a link to log-in to your Zoom group meeting.

Managing Anxiety during Covid-19

In small groups of 4 - 12 people we connect online with Zoom.  Each group lasts 90 minutes, for 12 consecutive weeks.  Beginning with a short check-in from each participant.  (Check-in is optional so it’s okay to opt out). 

 

Guided meditation/contemplative prayer gives us a few minutes to get present and ground our attention.

 

Transformational Tools- I demonstrate and explain a new tool each week.  I encourage people to use then through the week sharing them with important people in their lives.

Hone and Sharpen - We will use and discuss these tools in break-out groups with 3-4 people. This gives you a chance to try them out, and makes them more easily accessible when you need them. (This is also optional) 

 

Regroup to share and connect.  This is a time to ask questions, offer tips, and support each other. This is a safe place to find others you might add to your tribe, and strengthen your ability to weather the storm we’re moving through.

 

As we explore how best to support each other through these challenging times, I’m seeing people make something truly meaningful happen.

First Responders Support Group

This group is intended for anyone who finds themselves in a job that requires their exposure to the public, which would include doctors, nurses, health care workers, check out clerks, etc...  I'm calling this group First Responders because you have been caught in a situation that puts you at risk.

You spend so much time serving others. Now it's time for you.  This is a safe place for you to be seen, heard, and nurtured.

 

In small groups of 4 - 12 people we connect online using Zoom.  Each workshop lasts 90 minutes meeting for 12 consecutive weeks.  We begin with a short check-in from each participant.  (Check-in is optional so it’s okay to opt out).

What has blocked you from living the life you want to live?  In break-out groups with 3-4 people you will be able to connect with and support each other. to clarify values, set small goals, and explore the dance of moving in the direction of creating your new life.


Regroup to share and connect.  This is a time to ask questions, offer tips. This is a safe place to find others you might add to your tribe.
