"It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are."
E. E. Cummings
Hello, I'm Tosha,
It's wonderful to have you here! Taking time to get clear about what you want in life, is a very wise investment. I'm here to help in your transition from dreaming about what you want, to living it.
Let's dive right into this journey together, but first I want to share my own story with you. I'm both a group coach and a gardener, which will become abvious as you read on.
In the lush garden of my life, I found myself surrounded by overgrown weeds, in the form of doubt, anxiety and fears. The time had come for a bold transformation, a rebellion against the chaos that had taken root in my personal landscape.
Armed with a determination to cultivate a garden of empowerment, I first reached for the seeds of knowledge. Books became my trusty garden tools, and I voraciously devoured them, sowing the wisdom gleaned from every page into the amended soil of my mind. I realized I needed to be a master gardener, to cultivate the blooms of my destiny.
Therapy was the watering can that nourished the soil of my soul. Each session was a chance to unearth the roots of my fears and insecurities, allowing me to prune away the negativity and make space for the vibrant blossoms of growing self-confidence and resilience.
Workshops, like bees, dragonflies and butterflies fluttered into my garden, each bringing a unique and timely modality to pollinate my growth. From mindfulness to dance, I embraced the diversity of these experiences, allowing them to weave a tapestry of strength and creativity into the fabric of my being.

And then came the grand harvest—life coaching. Having cultivated my own garden for decades, I decided it was time to share my gifts and help others tend to their plots of dreams. Becoming a life coach wasn't just a career choice; it was a commitment to guide others through the process of transforming their own landscapes, helping them nurture the seeds of their wildest dreams into a flourishing reality.
The journey to discovering what you want might have begun with a spark, a tiny flame of curiosity deep within your heart. Perhaps it was a moment of inspiration, a dream, or a desire for change. No matter where it began, that spark is the catalyst for taking action and shaping your future.
In this little adventure of self-exploration we will take small steps to unearth your desires. Each step taken, no matter how small, brings you closer to clarity, freedom and a deeper understanding of yourself.
So, my friend, let's dig-in on this project together and unlock the power of knowing what you want. Get ready to take action, exploring your interests and desires, to discover the beautiful blooms within you. Let's begin the process of creating your beautiful garden.
Now, as I look back over the expanse of my garden, I can see the legacy of empowerment and growth that spans many fruitful decades. My story is one of courage, rebellion, and persistence, a journey from a tangled thicket of uncertainty to a flourishing garden of gratitude and contentment, and there's nothing I love more than helping others do the same. For in this garden of life, the more you tend to others, the more your own blooms multiply and flourish.

"For the past two years I have had the pleasure of attending weekly groups facilitated with passion and deep care by Cindy. Invariably, I walk away from these meetings with new understandings and more enthusiasm. Cindy truly engages, informs and inspires in her gentle, yet authentic, ego-free way.
Cindy has the ability to convey deep knowledge and understanding of the particular topic being discussed. During our meeting she encourages the sharing of deep insights, asks thoughtful questions and seems to have the uncanny ability to sense and respond to the specific needs of our group made up of a wide variety of participants. She offers autonomy when needed and is assertive when needed. I am deeply grateful for all of Cindy’s invaluable help to my own growth."

"The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, know struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths. These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen."
